Nail art marathon: another one

E 22:47 și eu tocmai am terminat de editat pozele pentru ultimele teme din colaborarea maraton. Vremea asta nașpa de afară mă moleșește maxim și mă face să n-am chef de nimic. Dar nu-i nimic, am eu ac de cojocul chefului meu... :)

Am rămas datoare cu:

• Dotted manicure - păi dacă nu mi-am chinuit cuticulele vreo oră bună până am ajuns la un compromis cu manichiura cu puncte...vai! Dar până la urmă, sunt mulțumită de rezultat!

• Inspired by favorite game - ha! nici aici nu mi-a fost ușor! My favorite game from all times e THE SIMS! Doamne, ador jocul ăla! Really really! Dar cred că mi-a fugit talentul de acasă sau a intrat la apă de la atâta ploaie, că nu am reușit să desenez nici amărâtul ala de semn de deasupra personajelor! Așa că am desenat al doilea meu joc favorit din ultima vreme! PixWords. Mereu mi-au placut integramele, așa că jocul acesta m-a cucerit din prima! :) Unde mai pui că este și ușor de reprodus pe unghii! 

• Blobbicure - doamne, frumoasă-i tehnica asta! Și messy, dacă nu trișezi puțin! Eu recunosc că m-am ajutat de un truc la manichiura asta! Am pus oja pe o pungă de plastic și peste ea am făcut the blobs. Le-am lăsat să se usuce câteva ore, timp în care am făcut mai multe încercări cu diferite oje, diferite finish-uri...și am ales o combinație perfectă pentru toamnă, un maro cremos și un maro mai închis, sidefat cu particule aurii.

Măi să fie, am ajuns la zi! Oau, sunt aproape mândră de mine! :) Sper că ți-au plăcut manichiurile mele și dacă vreuna din ele te insipră atât de mult încât să le reproduci sau să le recreezi, aștep o poză cu ele pe instagram, unde mă gasești cu numele de @iuliabeldean

NTC: 8. 50 shades of green!

Salut, primăvară, salut, zi de duminică și salut și ție. :)
Cu o zi întârziere, mă prezint la datorie cu o nouă manichiură. Una inspirată de 50 de nuanțe de verde.

Am folosit o bucată de pungă și câteva nuanțe de verde să creez un efect de marmură, iar conturul alb de la baza unghiei este făcut cu vopsea acrilică peste care am aplicat sclipici hexagonal verde.

Sper că îți place manichiura mea și că te-am făcut să îți dorești să încerci și tu această metodă cu punga. Eu o să o reproduc cât de curând! :)
Te las cu pozele și cu link-uri către alte manichiuri înverzite și superbe! :*

Well, hello spring and hello Sunday. And hello to you, too. :)
One day later, but I am still here with a new manicure. A 50 shades of green inspired manicure.

I did a marble effect using a piece of plastic bag and some green nail polishes and the ruffian is white acrylic paint and green hexagon glitter.

I really hope you like it and try the plastic bag marbling method. I will do it again, soon! :) Enjoy the pictures and check other green manicures from my colleagues. :*

NTC: 7. Inspired by someone close to you

Salut ție! Azi nu e o zi prea bună pentru mine și nu prea îmi iese nimic din ce îmi propun. Dar știi care-i norocul meu - și poate și al tău? Că mi-am facut manichiura pentru tema asta acum ceva timp altfel azi era ziua în care m-am înscris la colaborare și n-am participat.
Bun, să nu mă înțelegi greșit, îmi iubesc familia enooooorm de mult, dar mi-a fost atât de greu să aleg ceva legat de familia mea și să îmi fac manichiura inspirată de ei, încât am ales să vă arăt niște unghiuțe inspirate de cei doi căței ai mei, Marlley (da, cu doi L) și Bobby. Și pentru că sunt băieței, mi-am făcut baza albastră, le-am scris numele și am desenat jucăriile lor preferate: oasele! Îmi aduc aminte o grămadă de întâmplări haioase de dinainte de jucării. Ooo, mi-am cumpărat o pereche de botine și am uitat să le bag în casă chiar în prima seară...dar credeți că au mai prins botinele mele seara nr 2? Neaaaaah, s-a ocupat Bobby de ele....dimineață mă aștepta la ușă o botină și un rest de botină. Mulțumesc de cadou, Bobby, ce să mai zic! Iar de Marlley...nu mai zic nimic...îți las câteva filmulețe cu el.

Așadar, mai jos găsești unghiuțele mele inspirate de cineva de lângă mine iar dacă vrei să mai vezi câteva manichiuri personale, te invit să treci și pe la fete.

Hello, my dear! Today is one of the days I say Meh! and I can't seem to do anything right. At least I made my nails a week ago or else today would have been a no-manicure-for-the-blog day. 
Don't get me wrong, I love my family, but it would have been too hard to do something about them on my nails. So I chose my other two loves from my life, my two dogs, Marlley (yes, with two L's) and Bobby. Because they are boys I made the nail background light blue and painted their names and some bones, 'cause they love chewing on their toys so much...and before they had the toys, they ate my shoes, my clothes, everything! I remember I bought myself a new pair of short boots and I forgot to get them inside and in the morning I was left with a boot and the a part of the other boot. The very same day I went at the store and bought another pair. :D Thank you, Bobby, 'cause you chewed my boot! And Marlley... :)) I'll leave you some link to see some short movies with him...and not only.

NTC: 5. Cartoons

Așa...deci e week-end din nou? Hm...pe lângă faptul că pot să dorm cât vreau eu (adică până pe la 8, fie vorba între noi) pot să scriu pentru tine și să îți arăt noua mea manichiură pentru ultima noastră colaborare. Și faptul că îmi lași într-un comentariu impresi ta, mă bucură enorm. Dar să îți zic de unghiile mele de azi. Sunt inspirate din desene animate :) mai exact, din The smurfs. Iar eu am ales să o desenez pe Smurfette și câteva ciuperci-case și toate astea pe un fundal alb. De ce pe alb? Pentru că îmi aduc aminte de copilarie, când tot ce îmi doream era o foaie velină și măcar 6 creioane colorate și nu mai avea mama treabă cu mine...eram cea mai cuminte fetiță. Amintiri frumoase....

And your comment makes my day! Now let me tell you about my nails that are inspired by the cartoons The smurfs. And I chose Smurfette and some mushroom-houses on a white background. When I saw the theme I went back a few years ago, when I was just a little girl and all I needed to be quite and let my mum do the house chores were some white papers and at least 6 colored pencils. Oh, sweet childhood...

Nail Team Challenge: 2. French Manicure

Ok, e din nou sâmbătă! Îmi doresc să fie sâmbătă de duminica trecută! :)
Am avut o săptămână super plină și am nevoie de relaxare ca de aer! Așa că încep de pe acum cu o manichiură nouă pentru voi. Din păcate, mi-am rupt unghiile duminica trecută, dar din fericire am manichurile pentru tema de azi și pentru următoarea...și până peste 2 săptămâni o să îmi crească destul de mult cât să nu fie prea mici pentru modele.

I had a very busy week and I need some relax time like I need air! So I am starting with a new manicure for you, guys! Unfortunately, I broke my nails last Sunday but thankfully I had my manicures for this post and the next one done and photographed...and in 2 weeks time my nails will be just right for a new series of manicures.

Săptămâna aceasta avem manichiură franțuzească. Dar mie nu îmi place să-mi fac manichiură franțuzească pentru că nu am benzi, nu îmi ies liniile smooth și e prea booooooring! Așa că m-am inspirat de acest fel de manichiură și a ieșit ce vedeți mai jos. Sper să vă placă!

So this week we have french manicure. But I don't like the standard french manicure because I don't have the stripes for it, I can't get the lines smooth freehand and it's booooooring for me! So I thought I could make a manicure inspired by the french mani and it came up like this. I hope you like it!

La mulți ani, românilor! Oriunde vă aflați!

Nu putea trece ziua României fără o colaborare, nu? Categoric că nu! :)
Așa că...vă prezint nu una, ci două manichiuri inspirate de tricolorul nostru!

Prima este un fel de water spoted...în genul manichiurii water marble. Iar a doua manichiură are culoarea clopurilor/pălăriilor tradiționale și în locul panglicii eu am așezat o inimioară tricoloră. :)

The Alphabet Nail Art Challenge: Letter Z - the end of the challenge

Hello!
It`s time for another manicure, the letter Z inspired one...and it`s time for the challenge to end...but every end means that a new start is about to be announced. :)
So stay tuned!
For today I chose a mix of two letter Z words: zipper and zebra and made some sort of mix and match.

To be honest, I did everything like a decal. I painted the design on a piece of plastic bag, let it dry and applied them on the damp nail polish. The only thing I don`t like at the manicure but I couldn`t do anything about it, is that I have no details on the key of the zipper. :( Not to be worried, I will try to be better at details....sometimes in the future.

Alphabet nail art challege - Letter X

Well, I'm almost 3 days late, but I'm kinda proud of what it came out. :)
All I could think of when I saw that we are at letter X was "X marks the spot" and because I imagined a pirate map...I draw a pirate map on my nails.
I used base coat, a nude/beige polish for the base color, brown acrylic paint for the shadows, black paint for the drawings and a pretty top coat.

Think Pink Challenge

Hello!
Today, I have for you a special manicure. Since October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, one of the girls on FB thought that we should raise awareness in our way: with some pink manicures. Thank you, Oana, for you initiative. :*

I used: Golden Rose Freanch Manicure Natural color 05 for the base coat, Flormar 400 white for the french tips and the full nails, Gabrini 3D no.17 the lighter pink, with the coralish vibe and Gabrini 3D no.25 the light fucsia color for the chevron stripes and the dots. For top coat I used Farmec Gel TopCoat which makes my nails look like they are gel nails.

I made a diagonal french manicure outlined with two chevron stripes - pink chevron! And on the thumb and ring finger nails I did some polka dots with the same pink polishes.
It's a manicure you can wear to work and maybe school, if you are allowed to paint your nails for school.

I have decided to wear more pink this month, so my next manicures might be pinker :)

Louboutin Nails

Well...I wore this design 2 times in the last 2 months and for almost a week each time. It's not too much to say that I LOVE THEM!I waited almost a year to wear them because you need long nails to paint the underneath red - just like the red sexy soles of the famous Louboutin black stilletos. [sigh]
I might never have a real pair of Christian Louboutins...but at least I have my pretty nails that can get the inspired look. It would be pretty to have the nailpolish from the same designer....but it's just too much for me.
Enough with the dreaming, let me show you my nails. Because I am soooo proud of them...and myself, for wearing them.

I miss you...

No, this is not a post for my diary, is a post for you. Yes, you, the reader. My reader. I missed you. Maybe you don't believe me, maybe you think that I was lazy and I abandoned my blog and you. It's not true at all. I had suck a hectic schedule at work...morning shifts, noon shifts...it was soooo hard!
But now I think I'm back. :)

I just wanted to say hello to you and show you that I still take care of my nails and I paint them as often as I can...about two times a week.
My last manicure was a leopard print with blue and purple and now I have a Loubutin inspired mani.

I don't have a picture with my current manicure, but as soon as I can, I'll snap a picture or two and show it to you!

Alphabet nail art challenge - letter F

Ok, another week, another letter.
But for today I have two manicures. One is a simple french manicure using colorful nail polishes and the second one is a french manicure inspired ... manicure, I guess.

As you can see, I tried to add some yellow dots with the yellow nail polish, but it was too sheer, the yellow line it's acrylic paint. I don't really know why I didn't use it for the dots too, but, well....

This second mani I like more :) I just like how the ombrè effect looks like and the stamped flower.

The Alphabet Nail Art Challenge - Letter E

Ooops! Apparently I'm starting to move my appearance day for the manicures on Mondays :) sorry, really sorry! This weekend I slept all day long! I was physically exhausted after a hard week at work! My sleeping schedule started from Friday around 8 pm 'til Saturday at 9 am and at noon on Saturday, and then again from Saturday around 10 pm 'til Sunday at 9 am...and ended with...from 9 pm to 6 am on Monday...'cause we have to go to work again, right? :)

I didn't even get to say Happy Children's Day for every child out there! I hope you all had an amazing day and had a smile on your face remembering how being a small kid was! :)

But let's get to the mani! I had a very hard time deciding on what to do, and eventually my mom gave me the winning idea: ECLIPSE!

So I started with base coat, then on my middle finger I applied a coat of white nail polish. Then I made a gradient use the sponge technique with yellow, orange and black. After it dried a little bit, I drew a dark moon/sun with black. On the rest of the fingers I painted two coats of black and on top I added gold sparkling nail polish and some hexagon gold glitters.

The alphabet nail art challenge - Letter D inspired manicure

Well...I'm glad that we have decided that we can post whenever we can from Saturday to Friday on the week of the letter. So, I'm not the first, and hopefully, not the last letter D inspired manicure :)

And because my mood was down....I went for somenthing so simple, I'm ashamed. :(
I did DOMINOES! So original! :)))

I think that the problem was that on Friday I broke 2 of my nails so I had to shorthen them.
