Saturday`s theme - Cu bufnițele la înaintare

Hey!
Sper că ești bine și te bucuri de noul week-end.
Eu cu siguranță mă bucur, mai ales după ce săptămână am îndurat până acum.
Tema asta să știi că e cu cântec. ☺
Mie îmi plac bufnițele, dar în afară de două perechi de cercei și un medalion, nu am nimic cu minunatele păsări. Se mai nimeresc să fie pe cutia de șervețele, dar atât. Și cât de mare a fost fericirea că în sfârșit a venit tema cu pricina.
Primul lucru pe care l-am făcut a fost să dau o fugă la magazinul meu preferat de nail art și să îmi iau plăcuțe cu bufnițe. Nu că nu aș putea să le desenez singură, dar timpul meu de manichiurit e limitat de când e Juniorul pe lângă noi. ☺

Nail art marathon: another one

E 22:47 și eu tocmai am terminat de editat pozele pentru ultimele teme din colaborarea maraton. Vremea asta nașpa de afară mă moleșește maxim și mă face să n-am chef de nimic. Dar nu-i nimic, am eu ac de cojocul chefului meu... :)

Am rămas datoare cu:

• Dotted manicure - păi dacă nu mi-am chinuit cuticulele vreo oră bună până am ajuns la un compromis cu manichiura cu puncte...vai! Dar până la urmă, sunt mulțumită de rezultat!

• Inspired by favorite game - ha! nici aici nu mi-a fost ușor! My favorite game from all times e THE SIMS! Doamne, ador jocul ăla! Really really! Dar cred că mi-a fugit talentul de acasă sau a intrat la apă de la atâta ploaie, că nu am reușit să desenez nici amărâtul ala de semn de deasupra personajelor! Așa că am desenat al doilea meu joc favorit din ultima vreme! PixWords. Mereu mi-au placut integramele, așa că jocul acesta m-a cucerit din prima! :) Unde mai pui că este și ușor de reprodus pe unghii! 

• Blobbicure - doamne, frumoasă-i tehnica asta! Și messy, dacă nu trișezi puțin! Eu recunosc că m-am ajutat de un truc la manichiura asta! Am pus oja pe o pungă de plastic și peste ea am făcut the blobs. Le-am lăsat să se usuce câteva ore, timp în care am făcut mai multe încercări cu diferite oje, diferite finish-uri...și am ales o combinație perfectă pentru toamnă, un maro cremos și un maro mai închis, sidefat cu particule aurii.

Măi să fie, am ajuns la zi! Oau, sunt aproape mândră de mine! :) Sper că ți-au plăcut manichiurile mele și dacă vreuna din ele te insipră atât de mult încât să le reproduci sau să le recreezi, aștep o poză cu ele pe instagram, unde mă gasești cu numele de @iuliabeldean

Have you missed me? I sure did miss you. And I'm here with a new letter ergo a new nail design! I could't miss the opportunity to show you a manicure inspired by PiggieLuv and posted on Facebook here. I just loved it and recreated it. I loved it! I wore the manicure for a whole week.

But because I couldn't show you only a recreation of a manicure, I made some cute bugs, on a walk to remember. :) Funny, right? So the name Bugs fits just right.

Alphabet nail art challenge - Letter A

And my A today comes from ..... (drum roll) ..... Aliens! :)
Yep, those supposedly green, yacky and strange looking creatures from outer space...maybe outer galaxy... who knows? I never got the chance to meet and talk to one of them, at least :(
So, this challenge is the new challenge in our FB group and we have to thank Madalina a.k.a. Miss HAppy and Her Nails (she's the first one on this list - because she was eager to start) for the inspiration...she wanted an alphabet nail art challenge and we all decided to make a manicure whose name starts with each letter of the alphabet. This week, we have A.

I took a peek on the nails some of the girls did, and we have different designs. This is the coolest part! Maybe only a few of us will have aliens, maybe it's just me and my s(t)ick(y) mind :)

For the design I used AVON's Sunshine as a base and on top Gabrini Diamond D57 (a shimmery yellow), over which I drew the aliens with acrylic paint; added top coat (Gabrini 300) and started taking pictures.

T.P.A.: 29. Bling-bling nails

So today is Saturday...even though it's almost Sunday, I'm somehow "on time" :)
We have only two more themes for this collaboration and everything is over. It's sad, but I'm sure that the girls will come up with another "task" for our imagination.
Now, my hands are honestly destroyed ... my hands are so dry that my skin is cracked. Literally. Is horrible. But I managed somehow to retouch my photos, but not the nail polish colors. That is real. :)
Let me show you my manicure.

I used AVON Nailwear Pro Golden Twilight, AVON Nailwear Pro Wicked and Gabrini 3D 07 for the water marble and Gabrini 3D 00 as a top coat. I added clear rhinestones for the extra bling and that was it! For me and my dried skin, this is bling enough. :)

But I found a picture on my computer with an attempt of blingy manicure...let me show you my blue fail.

TPA: 17 - Inspired by hippie nails

Hello and welcome back to another TPA group challenge theme.

This week we have hippie nails, so love is all around us. I’ll keep this post very short, because I’m trying very hard to make a short video/slideshow to put on YouTube. I have my account for a few years now, but I stopped putting up slideshows. I hope I’ll start this week.

Getting ready for Christmas - 3 in 1

Hello, lovelies!
This post will have the next three manicures for Elsa's collaboration. If you want to see the work of the other girls, check it out here.

My manicures from today are Under the mistletoe, Red and Gold and Blue and Silver.

This nail design has a short story: under the mistletoe you hug and kiss the one you love and you are happy because he hugged and kissed you back. On the thumb nail I have the image of a sky full of stars and snowflakes, because mistletoe is a winter plant, if I may say so. :) 

Products used: Maybelline Colorama, Gabrini Summer Edition M118, Golden Rose Paris 151, Classics Glamour 178, Avon Nailwear Pro Sunshine, Gabrini 3D 02 and Paris Memories 201.

This is just a simple gradient manicure, using Avon Nailwear Pro Ruby Slippers, Golden Rose Care+Strong 143 and Paris Memories 201.

The base color for this manicure is Golden Rose Rich Color 20, over it it's Medusa crackle 03 and top coat Paris Memories 201.

T.P.A. group challenge: 12+13 - Inspired by bows and inspired by cupcakes

Ok, I said yesterday that I was in a downward spiral with my inspiration, but I'm back! That's why today you have two nail designs in one post. I wanted to write the bow part a few days ago, but figured that today is a better day for science :)
The bow design was made on Tuesday, so that's why I am late with it. And because I had to make swatches for my newest polishes.

Ok, va spuneam ieri ca nu am prea avut inspiratie sa scriu, dar mi-am revenit! De aceea astazi aveti doua manichiuri intr-o postare. Am vrut sa fac postare separata pentru fiecare, dar m-am gandit sa fie un cadou pentru voi, doi in unu. :)
